It is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside a rich chocolaty coating

So, here is the conundrum:

Stephanie Berean-Weeks has written a letter that states "I have seen first hand that he (Caruso) is a facts based person, presenting his information and positions backed up with proof and documentation, not smoke and mirrors.  Ralph is what you see, and what you get, a person with integrity and principles, a Rare Breed in government."

OK.

But Ralph also sent out his people to tell us that Stephanie was being paid off by K.J.

So, either Ralph's integrity is something newly minted, or Stephanie is admitting to a somewhat problematic past.

  1. Don't believe it. Stephanie may have signed that or Cliff did. He's never going to get over thefact that we didn't fall all over ourselves to make him Police Chief. But they didn't write it. Nobody is that much in love with Ralph except Ralph. Ralph wrote it.

  2. How does Stephanie feel about the fact that Ralph never had the balls to concede the election or to congratulate her when e n she won?

  3. Caruso went after her when she ran against him and had no respect for her.
But perhaps anger at not being supported by people she thought should support for when she ran for reelection and upset about her husband not being promoted within the police department may have colored her opinion. The sad
part is that Caruso has not liked the police department or most of the Town employees and certainly would not have advanced her husband had he been supervisor then.

She should be forgiven for mis-judgement. The letter was too gushy to be
    believable.

  4. When he was recently asked why his claims that the village would cost next to nothing turned out not to be true, Ralph blamed Stephanie and her board.
It seems this new found admiration Stephanie has for Ralph is not reciprocated.
