Siebold Endorses

"To Know the facts as a well informed voter, it is the most important element in local elections town and village elections." Don Siebold

After interviews with the three applicants the Republican Committee endorsed Doc "Sneezy" Cooper and Marilyn "Yeah, What Ralph Said" Prestia.  We believe they have the best skills to remember what Ralph told them to do.
The committee did not endorse the current Councilman Tim Arone due to his inability to allow Ralph to grab as much power as possible.
Last year he voted to transfer the Highway Department from the town to the village using the flimsy excuse that now that we have a village (which Ralph and I fooled you into creating) state law says that the village owns all the roads.
This will probably raise your village taxes (by an amount equal to the decrease you should get from the town).
Tim Arone also voted to stop Ralph's attempt to take power from the Department heads so that he alone could decide who spends the budgets that they are allocated by the Town Board.  That's just mean.
The Republican Committee takes its responsibilities serious.
We are not just rubber stamps.
         Ha, ha!  Just kidding.

  1. Looks like Ralph has sent out his attack dogs. Make sure you bring your children in so they dont get attacked by his dogs.

  2. Hey Uncle if my memory serves me right I thought Ralph and his attack dogs did the same thing to Sheila Conroy, Mike Aronowitz and Gerrie Genzarro.

  3. With all the coyotes running around town maybe we could all be so lucky and have them attack Don and Ralph. I think Don and Ralph would taste much better than those nice bunny rabbits.

  5. Hey Donnie, good to hear from you. What's new?
By the way, your letter to the Gazoo had only two major errors in it, so I'm guessing Ralph helped you write it.

  6. It is so clear that people were misled by Caruso and team in creation of the village. The big argument for it was that it would prevent annexation. WRONG.

Then Caruso and team said that the Town would remain the main government and the Village would be minimal. WRONG AGAIN. There are letters from the State spelling out the time frames and what had to go over to the Village and when. You can't just create a paper village and pretend that it exists and has no authority. Of course, it has governing power.

If people look back over their tax bills as I have, they will see that as certain departments moved over to the Village as required by the State, items on their Town tax bill went down as they shifted over to the Village tax bill. The same will happen with the Highway Department. It will be paid for through Town taxes for part of the year and then shift over to Village taxes for the rest of the year.

It is rather frightening to think that the chairman of the Republican Committee gets so many things wrong so often or purposefully misleads people Either way, with such leadership, how can one have confidence in the candidates they pick for election? Not being endorsed by this Committee is actually a good thing.
